- Graduated from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem (Israel) in 2007.
- Worked as a general dentist in the military setting until 2014.
- Completed a prestigious Doctor of Clinical Dentistry (periodontics stream) residency program at the University of Otago (New Zealand) in 2017.
- Worked as a Periodontist in Moonee Ponds Periodontics and other practices in Melbourne (Australia) since 2018.
- Became a Principal Periodontist of Moonee Ponds Periodontics in 2022.
- Born in Ukraine (former USSR) in 1981. Emigrated to Israel with his family in 1998.
- Completed Australian Dental Council examinations and joined a Doctor of Clinical Dentistry program in 2014, temporarily migrating to New Zealand.
- Relocated to Melbourne (Australia) in 2018.
- Happily married, has three boys.
- Enjoys weightlifting, jogging, cross-country biking, surfing, tennis.
- Eugene was engaged in teaching undergraduate students at the University of Melbourne (he quit to devote more time to his private practice)
- Eugene teaches and lectures in study groups and conferences, providing Continuing Development.
- He participates in scientific research under the umbrella of the Australian and New Zealand Association of Periodontics..
- He is a treasurer for the Australian Society of Periodontology.
- He is a member of the Continuous Professional Development Committee of the Australian Dental Association.

Moonee Ponds Periodontics and Implant Centre is conveniently located dental clinic employing periodontal specialists and dental hygienists and incorporating state-of-the-art equipment in a modern environment.
We are open five days per week.
